Entrepreneur Visit - Jenna Farrell (Scopey Onsite)

As part of Junior Entrepreneur, Ms. McCormack organised a guest speaker to visit us in December. Jenna Farrell, CEO of Scopey Onsite, came to talk to us about her business.
She introduced herself and spoke to us about apps and media that we use. She told us about different types of AI like AI agents.
Jenna showed us how Scopey Onsite works. She explained that Whatsapp is the most commonly used app amongst construction workers and developers. She showed us how people can use Scopey via Whatsapp and it will complete the forms for the construction workers.
Jenna told us about meeting with different investors and persuades them to invest in her company. She has unlimited vision and hopes for the business. We learned that it is very important to sell before you make which means you go out and see if people would actually buy the product before you spend money on design and manufacturing.
She told us about living in Australia before moving to Ireland and that she also had a business over there. Jenna loves being self-employed and said you must believe in yourself and always aim high.
We had our photo taken with Jenna and we presented her with a card and chocolates.
We really enjoyed seeing a local, female entrepreneur who is successful and working hard towards her goal. We gained a lot of insight before we embark on our own business adventure.
